Missed appointment.Scheduled for 9 AM, an ISSUE with my appointment. Got here at 10:40 AM. I was assured it would be done by 1:30 to 2:00 PM. NOT DONE. It is 2:50. STILL not done. Kids getting ready for prom had to walk to hair and nail appointments. Even with $20 off of the $220, it is wrong.Desired SettlementMy money back or a freebie next time I get it done.More info received from the consumer 2014-05-19I would like to rescind this complaint. They phoned first thing this morning with an apology and discount. They have a good reputation. I spoke to them for some time and am confident this was very unusual. I feel the business and I have reached an acceptable resolution.Consider this closed successfully.

I took my car for a car wash and when I got home, it was scratched. Carolina Auto Spa will not respond to my phone calls or emails.On 8/25/16, I had my car washed at Carolina Auto Spa. When I got home I noticed there was a large scratch along the bottom of the driver's side. I called Carolina Auto Spa and left a message. On 8/26/16 I went to the car wash and filled out their form to report damage to my vehicle. I was told (and it was printed on the bottom of the form) that I would have a solution within 2 business days. I waited 2 business days and I was not contacted. I tried the phone numbers given to me but they went unasnwered or the mailbox was full. On 8/30/16 I went back to the car wash in person. I was told I someone would contact me by the end of business. No one did. When I called back - I was told they would find the owner and have him call me back. He did not. I called the owner and said if I did not hear a response I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The owner called me back while I was unable to answer the phone but did not leave a message. When I returned the call, it again went unanswered. Desired SettlementI would like Carolina Auto Spa to pay to repair the scratch on my car. Business Response Contacted [redacted] on 08/27/2016.
