TeTo Whom It May Concern, In response to the Defendants (Carolina Barrel & Blade) rebuttal, I would like to defend my honor properly Thank you for taking the time to give this matter attention on my behalf I would like it to be known that this is not just a matter of an upset or dissatisfied customer I have spent many hours in this store as a customer and at some point MrW [redacted] befriended me enough to offer me the opportunity to further my weapons and protection education to the point of becoming an instructor The main issue I’m having is that he charged me $for classes that are not state accepted in order for my license to be recognized, extending my business and income potential In representing these classes through Carolina Barrel & Blade, and for them to not be recognized through SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) is very misleading I’m now out $and I’m not in a position to utilize the license that was promised and needed to extend a business opportunity.I realize his response states that I threatened his staff, they felt unsafe and called the law enforcement on me This situation never happened I suggest if he has some sort of restraining order against me he would need to present that immediately upon request I was certainly upset because I offered several times to work things out, get my broken gun repaired properly and for a refund for classes rendered unusable, but I never threatened anyone In fact I simply left the establishment, called my lawyer, and conducted a letter (please see attached) to officially offer another opportunity for a business owner to right the wrongs before I took the extra step of reaching out to the Revdex.com Thank you again for your time and efforts,J [redacted] R F [redacted] ll us why here

In accordance to the purchase receipts, the customer in question purchased or traded for pistols over an eight-month period beginning 3/18/17, as well as a purchasing a custom ARrifle on 08/18/and a custom built ARpistol on 10/20/ Per our stringent build policies, both AR15’s were
tested by the builder, J*** G***, and both performed flawlesslyThe customer routinely reported being extremely happy with all transactions and with both custom firearms builds, going so far as to state we do first class top quality work on numerous Facebook postsFurthermore, on 4/18/the customer took a CWP Course, on 7/15/the customer participated in a First Shot class with his daughter, on 8/05/the customer took a Next Level Course as well as paying and forfeiting the $tuition he paid for his daughter, as she did not attendOn 9/11/the customer registered for a Pistol Coaching Course and a Key Defense Instructor course and was given time to pay the $tuition for the pistol course and $tuition for the Key Defense courseThe customer subsequently attended and completed the Pistol Coaching course, fully aware of the restrictions and benefits of the courseOn 11/07/the customer contacted our business manager, A*** L***, and employee J*** G*** stating he would not be attending the Key defense course (see attached registration)In fact, our business manager and employee J*** G*** have multiple text and email conversations regarding this issue that is too voluminous to attachOn 11/08/17, MrsL*** sent an email reminder for the Key Defense course to all participants including this customer, which he immediately responded “no thanks” We have a day cancellation policy that the customer is acutely aware of, as he forfeited course fees for the Next Level coursePlease find attached a copy of the key defense course registration signed by the customerPlease note the signature is directly annotated in the 14-day cancellation policy that was violated by the customerWe repeatedly told this customer that we would fix any problem with the ARbut the customer insisted he was beyond happy with the guns until he was angered by our managerOn 11/28/the customer sent a text message to Andrea Lark stating he spent $to get another builder to repair the firearmThe customer refused to furnish proof of any repair and , once again has made conflicting and inconsistent commentsOn or about 10/31/there was an altercation between our female manager and the customer when he became angry, when he perceived she ignored himSubsequently the customer has made numerous inaccurate, unsubstantiated, and claimsAll of which can be verified by text messages and emails to MrsLark and MrGalano As well, the customer is also a member of our indoor shooting range and pursuant to our member agreement he is in violation of our policy in regard to treatment of our staff (see attached membership form)Unfortunately, all of our staff has been forced to block this customer on social media and our phonesAs well the combination of this customers erratic behavior coupled with mistreatment of our female staff, have created a safety issue leading us to contact law enforcement and trespass this customer

TeTo Whom It May Concern, In response to the Defendants (Carolina Barrel & Blade) rebuttal, I would like to defend my honor properly.  Thank you for taking the time to give this matter attention on my behalf.  I would like it to be known that this is not just a matter of an upset or dissatisfied customer.  I have spent many hours in this store as a customer and at some point Mr. W[redacted] befriended me enough to offer me the opportunity to further my weapons and protection education to the point of becoming an instructor.  The main issue I’m having is that he charged me $650 for classes that are not state accepted in order for my license to be recognized, extending my business and income potential.  In representing these classes through Carolina Barrel & Blade, and for them to not be recognized through SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) is very misleading.  I’m now out $650 and I’m not in a position to utilize the license that was promised and needed to extend a business opportunity.I realize his response states that I threatened his staff, they felt unsafe and called the law enforcement on me.  This situation never happened.  I suggest if he has some sort of restraining order against me he would need to present that immediately upon request.  I was certainly upset because I offered several times to work things out, get my broken gun repaired properly and for a refund for classes rendered unusable, but I never threatened anyone.  In fact I simply left the establishment, called my lawyer, and conducted a letter (please see attached) to officially offer another opportunity for a business owner to right the wrongs before I took the extra step of reaching out to the Revdex.com.   Thank you again for your time and efforts,J[redacted] R F[redacted]ll us why here...
