Although not responding in the immediate time frame the customer demanded. All parts and labor (included and exceeding the warranty agreement) were provided at no cost to the customer. Customer violated and subsequently voided the warranty agreement by personally making adjustments and working with competitive contractors who are not authorized to service customer's equipment.Bottom line - the customer has been provided workable solutions, at no cost to him, to any, and all, issues that have arisen with his equipment. He has recently, through a new association with a competitor, grown embittered and lost a sense of reasonableness. We regret the communications and respect with this customer have become derailed.Consumer Response 1-I would like to have the date when Carolina beach lift was dissolved/if possible2-From the time the lift was installeddec-8-2014, I have had many problems. Over the last 15 months nothing has been repaired at all.3-carolina beach lift states that all labor and parts would have been supplied, then why did they not replace all of them over 15 months.4-Please look at my list of all the calls, but I received no service.5-Easy lift elevator/the type that was installedI contacted the company above and spoke to [redacted]He stated that they had many complaints about Carolina beach lift.
