Review: I bought a bed 12/13/2012 total cost $365.39. This company advertises: NO CREDIT, NO DOWN, NO INTEREST FOR 12 MONTHS, which was the reason I bought it there. I am on SSD and have a 15 year old son. Due to school problems, I was forced to move out of my parents home and get an apartment, which I can't afford on what little I make. After 5 minutes, I was told I couldn't get credit...where was the NO CREDIT DEAL? So I was told I could get it for payments on a lease program. I paid $67.66 down payment (where was NO DOWN PAYMENT deal) for a balance of$297.73. on auto draft I paid 4 payments of $72.66 leaving a balance of $7.09. I called the lease place [redacted] and spoke to [redacted], who tells me that yes I owe $7.09 on the purchase but then I still owe $228 on their bill. Where is the NO INTEREST and 12 months deal?I have no problems with the bed. My Mother had to buy a foam topper for $160 to make it comfortable to sleep on with my serious injuries. I have no way to pay $228 additional.This company should be put out of business for FALSE ADVERTISING AND OUTRIGHT LYING.I was told that when I paid the balance, I would own the bed, which evidently is a lie.Please contact me at [redacted] as I am usually home all the time.Desired Settlement: All I WOULD LIKE IS A PAID IN FULL FOR THE BED WITH NO FURTHER PAYMENTS EXCEPT THE $7.09 I OWE 5/3/2013 WHICH IS WHEN I GET MY SSD PAYMENT. THIS BUSINESS PREYS ON PEOPLE TO BUY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. IF I HADN'T NEEDED A PLACE TO SLEEP THAT DAY, I WOULD HAVE LEFT WHEN IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT THIS WAS A RIP-OFF. PERHAPS "WHY NOT LEASE IT" IS A BUNCH OF SHYSTERS TOO?

I am rejecting this response because:

I bought from this place because they advertise: NO CREDIT, NO INTEREST, 12 MONTHS PAYMENT, ETC. IT WAS POST ED ON CRAIGSLIST AND IS ON THE WINDOW OF THE LOCATION IN THE VF OUTLET. I bought the bed and took it in my truck The payments for 12 months should be $24 and they deducted $72 a month which has juat about broke me. My mother has to buy me groceries/ I only owed $7.09 on the purchase price this month after paying $72.66 for 4 months and they continued to take $72.66 from my bank. I intend to see [redacted] bank this week about this. Then I found out I had to pay $228 to the leasing company to keep the bed. My mother has written letters to Why Not Lease It this week and I guess she'll have to pay that for me. I have very little income with SSD and taking out $72.66 when I owe only $7.09 was explained before May. They don't live up to Truth in Advertising at all and with the additional $228 I will have paid almiost $600 for the bed. My credit is OK so I should have shopped around but I needed a place to sleep right away. If Revdex.com can't do anything about this false agreement, they I guess there's no use for this poor, little guy but to eat crow....or join the homeless with my 15 year old son.

Review: Since August 2nd 2013, I purchased a Queen Gel Rest Mattress from Carolina Bedding located in the VF Outlet in [redacted] PA. I was told that the mattress would be delivered within 10 days of purchase. It's going to be almost four months and I have not received the product. I go to the store on many occasions to try to get a refund but was not been able to. they told me they are waiting for the tracking number from the UPS. They also keep asking me for my address when I have already provided it to them and is shown on the copy of my receipt. [redacted], the owner of the store referred me to a different Carolina Bedding location in [redacted] PA which is over two hours away. I decided to make the trip there in hopes of finally getting my refund. However, the store manager called the owner but was told that they cannot give me a refund because this is not the store that I originally made the purchase from. I paid a total of $1058.94 and I feel like this is my last resort to attempt to get a refund.Desired Settlement: I just need to please get my hard earned money back from the company.
