I play computer games on the computer, there were some games that would download but would not let me play. The pop up would say that I need a to update my graphics drive. I called this company on the internet, and told them what I needed and [redacted] the gentleman I talked to said that it would be $329.99 for 2 years. They worked on my computer for about a half hour and said that they put windows on because I didn't have it, then [redacted] said every thing should be ok. I did this on the 26th of October.Called back a few days later to say that the graphics drive was not upgraded.They worked on my computer some more and said it should be fixed. I called the next day and said that it still is not upgraded, Then at that point and time they said I had to buy card to go in my computer. At that point and time told them that I wanted to cancel,because that have a 30 day cancellation guarantee. I have talked to several people in this company and they said they would send back the money. I called every day.Then I was getting calls to open a pay pal account so that they could send $7000.00, then I could get my $400.00 but that I would have to send back $6700.00 to Them. Told them that was impossible. Then they wanted all my bank info and gave them that so they could put my money back in my account.Then I said can't you just send me a certified check, they say they would but still have not received it. Called them 1 last time just before Christmas and told them I was going to Revdex.com because of the way they run their business. They just keep putting me off.
