In Feb of I bought a piano from Hank H*** at Central Music in ***I was told that the piano would be tuned for me within two months of deliveryCalled Mr Hseveral times after the month period My daughter also called and left several messagesNot one return call was made by themChristmas is right around the corner and really would love to play for my family on a tuned pianoI just want my piano tuned as I was told they would when I bought itPianos are not cheap and with the amount I spent, I feel they should keep their word when they sell a product Anyone who sell or plays pianos know that once it's moved, it needs to be tunedPlease help me resolve this matter
