I tried to get a partial made starting in October was told it could be finished by the end of the year as my insurance would not pay as much after thatI was talked into having more teeth pulled than I wanted I then had no upper molars on both sides and a dry socket infectionOn Dec I went in for an impression after which I was told by the desk person my partial would be ready Jan I told her I needed it by Dec She promised ( I mean hardily, saying I promise, promise) to call insurance company and call me backShe did not call for daysI called every day in that period, they never answered the phoneI called the insurance company several times and was told they would not pay the amount quoted after Dec My husband went by the office , they were there and told him they were just " too busy" to call meThen the desk person called me saying the partial would not be ready until the end of January It will now cost me additional $to get the partial made else whereI am having to chew with just my front teeth , which is difficult and frustrating , limiting what I can eatI do not have the extra money and have to eat like a squirrel

Our boys love going to Bright Smiles, Dr. [redacted], near Homw Depot. Great kids room to color on erasable walls, awesome staff, tvs, and all sorts of flavored toothpaste!

This office fails to pre-approve your dental work, then charges you full price when it's not covered because they failed to check! I would not recommend this office! They should really get someone in the office that knows what they are doing when it comes to dental insurance!

I called the insurance company several times and was told they would not pay the amount quoted after Dec 31.
