This business never once tried to contact me I left multiple phone and email messages leaving my email and phone number and no one ever contacted me the only email I ever received was from paypal saying that I had a refund coming

customer on 10-03-15, explaining that and offering the damaged product at a lower price, a store credit, or a full refund. No response to this email was received and a follow up was sent one week later on 10-10-15 - also receiving no response. It was later determined that the customer's email address in our records (what he entered upon registration with our website) had a typographical error. This was learned by noticing a mismatch between the email address entered on our site and the email address attached to his PayPal account. After this realization and after receiving communication from the customer, his order was promptly refunded in full back to his PayPal account. It appears that PayPal adjusted the customer's account on 10-22-15 for the entire refunded amount of $47.98. Those of us at Skygear Solutions, Inc. apologize for the difficulties encountered with this transaction and have put a new procedure in place which will hopefully prevent it from happening again.
Attempts were indeed made - to the wrong email address that the customer had placed into our website records. Again, when the problem was realized, the customer was reimbursed promptly (as stated by the customer). Those of us at Skygear Solutions do apologize for the difficulty and wish that the issue was resolved both quicker and more simply.
