This is not a good business, ** *** over promises and under delivers
I did suspect something when he kept talking about another job, that was going into it's second year! But we were new to Florida and were told this is the Florida way I call BS! Of course, after we changed, the other contractors told me that they knew he had a problem!!
We have since moved on to professional competent companies that completed in a timely manner I have reviewed them elsewhere
But Design First caused so many problems with delays and poor workmanship, we ended up tearing out both bathrooms and starting ALL OVER ! The only reason we did not take this to court, is because I inspected the property before I had written another check, and so withheld it
