To whom it may concern:About a week prior to her placing the order, *** *** called our showroom and asked about cheap cabinets. She specifically stated that she wanted to purchase the cheapest cabinets we offer. We explained to her that while our cabinets are very low in price,
compared to other cabinet companies, they are good quality (no particle board). However, *** still insisted on purchasing the absolute cheapest cabinets we have for sale. On October 10, 2016, *** *** ordered Country Oak Classic cabinets from us. She received her order October 24, 2016. When our company sent *** the tracking information for her order, we attached an "Important Notice" document, which stated all customers must thoroughly review each item upon delivery to insure there are no damages. If there are any damages, the customer is then asked to take pictures of each damaged item then email them to us, so that we can submit a replacement form to the distributor. *** did exactly what we asked her to do, and submitted pictures to us of the items that were of concern to her. After receiving the pictures, we immediately forwarded all of the pictures to our distributor, who then made the final decision on what would be sent to her as replacements. The distributor confirmed all damages, and within one week, sent *** *** replacements for every item she listed as damaged. During this process, *** threatened to call the Revdex.com several times, however, our company never did or said anything to question the customers concerns. Once the customer received the full kitchen replacement, she contacted us again stating the products were more damaged than the first cabinets she received. At this point, we asked *** to please send us pictures of everything that was damaged, however, she stated she could not send any pictures due to daylight savings time (meaning there is not enough light to take proper pictures). We then called the sales representative for our distributor, told him the situation, and asked if there was any way he could assist us in this process by speaking with our customer to resolve the issue. He then called *** and from what he told us, she was suppose to send us pictures of all of the damaged items, and we were to forward them to him so they could be replaced. There was no indication from him that she was suppose to send all of the products back to the distributor to be replaced or refunded. When we spoke with *** later that day, we reminded her to please send all pictures of damages to us so we could get the situation resolved for her as soon as possible. The customer then stated again that she could not produce any pictures displaying damages and that you can only see the damages if the cabinet is right in front of you. We then explained to *** that we had to have some sort of visual documentation that the products she received were damaged, and if this was done, then there would be no issues with getting replacements to her. *** then agreed to take pictures and send them to us. When we received the pictures, we could not see that there were any damages. We then relayed the information to the sales representative and he said stated the same thing and said there was nothing else he could do, considering the pictures showed no damages. After this, we called *** and told her there is no evidence of any damages and, as we were trying to do everything we could to resolve the issues, we were at a stand still in the process, not knowing what we could do. After repeatedly trying to resolve the issue and having no success with the customer, we then offered to refund her the cost of the cabinets if she sent them back. This was only a suggestion, not a command. While we have explored every possible option to resolve the issues with this customer, we could not send her another full kitchens' worth of cabinets if there was no evidence of any damages. Thank you with speaking with us, regarding this matter 1st off I would like to say this is the first complaint I have had in months online, Second If someone in our establishment was rude or misconstrued as rude, I would personally like to apologies, I would also like to point out
sometimes people think someone is rude when they don't get the exact response or outcome to a situation they wanted or hoped for, for that I'm sorry as it happens to us all the time as well ! I saw there complaint and their response. Everything but one thing he did tell me he would arrange to send them back . That is the understanding I got when speaking to Tyler on the phone. Pics I told them would show nothing. They also and I will say it again told me that their was nothing that would please me so they were gonna leave it as that. As a consumer when this happens what else are you suppose to do. I know they wanted to refund me the money. Not the point is I spent days redoing and undoing these boxes. This is just not for nothing here. I also gonna send you an email of the quality of the wood I was suppose to have as well. This made me decide to purchase from them. They told me that their cabinets are better than any where's else. So what if I bought the cheapest cabinets. That is all I could afford. This past summer I was gonna redo my cabinets and reface them by painting them. Any way with all the humidity in the air if wasn't doing a great job. So I decided to look into purchasing new ones. I had only so much here to spend and didn't know if it was possible. So I did some research. The lady was very pleasant and I decided to purchase from them. I'm not proud of what has taken place. Both parties have tried so now it is up to you guys at the Revdex.com to decide. I submitted my proof and I have the person who is gonna be helping me install them as well.
