One of our managers will be at the customer’s property this
Thursday June 18, to clean the concrete.
We will assess the trim of the garage to determine what needs to be done
to remove the sealer from that area. We
will also look at the bottom of the vinyl
framing. Our crews use a broom to apply the sealer to
the driveway. We do not use equipment
that could break the vinyl framing; however, if we determine that damage was
caused by one of our employees, we will take the steps necessary to repair the
damage. We will contact the customer
this Friday, June 19, after the property has been assessed with a
resolution plan for the areas of concern

Hello,My name is *** ***I filed a complaint on Augagainst Americoat #***I agreed to solution from the companyThe company has been out but yet the problem has not been fixed in wholeI would like to reopen casePlease let me know what the next steps are. Thanks*** ***

The customer contacted us on August regarding the new tire marks forming on the drive and was told we would send someone Wednesday, September for a repair. We do apologize for the miscommunication regarding the repair dates. The customer has already been called with the reminder for
service tomorrow

This issue has not been resolvedCompany was not good on their word, made initial contact after the Revdex.com complaint and then never took care of issueThis has been dragged on too long, they have been given many chancesWhat is the next step? Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: there was no remedy to my complaint A representative came to "repair" on 11/but nothing was done This is the third representative to look at the damage caused by AmeriCoat employees All three have recommended replacing the siding and painting the garage AmeriCoat has failed to contact me or repair my house on the dates they stated I have no faith that they will complete the "repair" since they have not met ANY of their deadlines At this point I suppose we will have to go to court
Regards,
*** ***

The customer contacted AmeriCoat and requested an estimate for asphalt paving work on her driveway on 4/19/16. On 5/9/the customer signed a contract to perform an asphalt overlay on her driveway. On 6/3/16, per the terms of the contract that the customer signed, the customer paid 1/
of the total amount of the contract by credit card as a deposit. AmeriCoat paved the driveway on 6/7/16. As part of the service, AmeriCoat did remove the steps from the back deck and left them to be re-attached later that week to give the asphalt time to cool down. When our employee arrived to re-attach the steps, it was discovered that the customer had already had the steps re-attached by another party. Upon discovering this, AmeriCoat offered to credit the customer’s account $100.00. The customer declined the creditOn 6/17/16, the customer contacted AmeriCoat and claimed that her concrete apron and weatherlip were damaged by the crew that overlaid the driveway. AmeriCoat has several “before” pictures of the property that were taken when the driveway was originally estimatedThese pictures show that the areas of concern were already in a state of decay and were not made any worse by AmeriCoat. AmeriCoat agreed to repair a 2” by 2” area on the customer’s apron with vinyl patch as a good gesture if she would pay her bill. She did not agree. The driveway has been visited several times for inspection after each complaint made by the customer. The driveway was installed to government specifications with high quality materials. Per the terms of our contract, AmeriCoat offers a one year warranty for paving work; however, that warranty does not go into effect unless the bill is paid in full. The customer made it clear that she did not intend to pay the remaining portion of the invoice and claims that the job is not complete. AmeriCoat performed the service for which we were contractedAmeriCoat would like the complainant to pay the remaining balance of her bill. When the bill is paid in full, the mechanic’s lien will be removed

clearly marked before service begins to prevent possible damage. AmeriCoat is not responsible for damage to
such devices.The

dissatisfaction with the work performed.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

We had left a message for the complainant regarding the scheduling of the service and have since been in contact with the complainant. The complainant stated that he does not want us to perform any cleaning at his property. A check for $was sent to the complainant to cover the cleaning costs for his property

AmeriCoat will clean the fence on Wednesday, January 18, weather permitting. Currently, that is the earliest day that has temperatures above freezing without precipitation in the forecast. Should the weather forecast change, AmeriCoat will be out on the next available business day with
the same weather parameters

AmeriCoat will be happy to repaint the customer’s wood
garage trim, foundation blocks that have sealer splatter and the garage
door. We ask that the customer provide
us with the color they wish these items to be painted. We will then call the customer to schedule a
time for this
service to be performed

On February 27, 2015, the customer contacted AmeriCoat and
scheduled a one coat sealcoating service for his driveway. On May 6, 2015, the customer again contacted
our company requesting an estimate for an asphalt patch on a section of the
driveway containing a trench
drain. Our
sales manager assessed the property on May 8, 2015. On May 11, 2015, an estimate was mailed to
the customer and our sales manager spoke with the customer informing him that
the estimate was mailed
On June 15, 2015, our sales manager spoke with the customer
to discuss the estimate. It was
explained to the customer that the existing drain would be reused. The customer postponed his sealcoating
service and confirmed service for an asphalt patch on the driveway. The patch was scheduled for July 21,
On July 21, 2015, the patch was installed using the existing
drain as previously discussed and approved by the customer. After the service was completed, the customer
called the sales manager to discuss the drain.
The sales manager informed the customer that the service was bid using
the existing drain. He told the customer
that we can replace the drain with a new one; however, there would be an
additional cost. The sales manager was
at the customer’s property on July 28, and prepared an estimate for replacement
of the drain. The estimate was then
mailed to the customer
The asphalt patch requested by the customer was performed to
a very high standard. Replacement of the
drain was not included in the service requested and agreed upon by the
customer. An estimate to replace the
drain was provided; however, the customer opted not to proceed with that service. AmeriCoat has fulfilled its obligation to the
customer. No refund will be provided

AmeriCoat will be out tomorrow to powerwash the sealer from the concrete. We will follow up with the customer after the repair is performed to ensure their satisfaction
