On January 15, 2016 this practice billed me for an appointment I canceled in 2014. The original appointment was made without my knowledge or consent.In 2014, the practice began to make appointments without the knowledge of their patients and charge high cancellation and missed appointment fees. One such appointment was made for me, without my knowledge. I found out about it when they called to tell me they needed to reschedule. I promptly cancelled. On January 2016, over 15 months later, I received a bill for the cancellation. Desired SettlementWithdrawing their bill, and an immediate review of a policy of charging patients for appointments they did not make.
