Multiple lies and work was never completed [redacted] had my work order from 2-home warranty for over days He was quick to come to my home and diagnose and cash the check for the diagnosis fee but never returned to complete the work His lack of communication led to the part never being ordered because he did not submit the diagnosis in a timely fashion and then claimed the unit was still under factory warranty, which it was not After multiple attempts to contact the company [redacted] assured me that he was in possession of the broken part and he would come the following day to complete the repair between 12- He did not show up and did not call for an explanation or answer my calls I contacted 2-to complain and they were able to contact ***, he said that he would come out the following day between 12- This appointment resulted in the same result He did not call with an explanation for the missed appointment and did not answer calls or text The following morning I
