installation. She mentioned that she received a quote from [redacted] for the amount of $130.00. My secretary Sandra asked for proof of the quote. [redacted] became very aggressive towards Sandra calling us liars and threating to write a bad review. After the customer began yelling, Sandra ended the call by saying “have a good day”. At 12:45pm [redacted] called back asking to speak to the manager that is when I, Ben S[redacted] answered the call. Politely I explained to her that the quote does not sound reasonable for the year, make and model. I asked her to send me the quote and that is when [redacted] started to raise her voice and accusing me (Ben S[redacted]) of being a liar, guilty of false advertising. I ended the call when she continued to raise her voice. Professional Auto Glass has been in business for over 20 years. In some occasions customers have not liked our price so they choose to go elsewhere to get the service done. [redacted] chose to slander Professional Auto Glass name instead of sending us proof of the quote. She could have taken her business to [redacted] for the price of $130.00. By assuming that my name (Ben S[redacted]) is fake you can see the ignorance and rudeness did not come from our end. Please do not call Professional Auto Glass, your business is not welcomed here. I have attached a quote from [redacted] for the auto glass she originally requested a quote for. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because Ben is a liar. I did not once yelled at any of the employees of this place.  Ben is very unprofessional and no one once asked me for the quote which I have attached. Sandra and Ben were just accusing me of lying because my quote was much Lower and they were not willing to match or better the price as they claim they do on their website. Ben I wish I would bring me business to you. Not in a thousand year, I don't deal with unprofessional and liars.  My window is fixed with much less than you quoted me which was higher than $170 (again lying). You should take some professionalism classes along with your staff so when you can't take the pressure of someone explaining their side and challenging your "false" advertisement to not hang up on them and makeup more lies.

Please compare our pricing to other companies for the 2011 [redacted] 4-Door front right door glass and you will see that our price of $178.10 including labor and tax is more than reasonable .The quote we provided from [redacted] has all details for the vehicle and glass installation unlike the attachment from [redacted]. Which she claimed that [redacted] would charge her at total of $130.00.By comparing quotes you can see which quote is more thorough. Unfortunately we cannot compete with uncertified individuals that run a business out of a personal vehicles.
To [redacted] we are glad that you replaced your glass and wish you all the luck. Please stop insulting Professional Auto Glass and its employee’s names. I’m sure you have better things to do, as do we have to run a professional business. Let’s get back to work. Thank you
