Called several times to get refund but now no one will answer the phone and haven't received money
Urgent care service on 7/27/and paid at time of service, submitted claims to insurance company which eventually paid money to Carolina comprehensive.called several times and reached someone 1/27/who sent information to AP and said I'd get a $refund by end February, called again 3/30,3/31,4/5,4/11,5/4, no answer also tried several extensions and emailOn 5/got someone from customer service who said she'd follow up with Angela, Connie and the boss, but never heard back from anyone
