Carolina Conditions

I have been a client of Carolina Conditions for a number of years. Primarily, our household relies on them for maintaining our HVAC system(s) as well as maintaining our dryer vent. On this occasion, we had called for a routine PM contract renewal on our HVAC units. The unit that services our upstairs area, which was 20 years old, was definitely in need of replacement, and we moved forward on that recommendation. Our analysis was completed on Wednesday, along with a firm cost for the replacement. We agreed to the replacement deal on the same day, as well as the cost. We received a call on Thursday morning making us aware of Carolina Conditions' ability to handle the new installation on Friday. The group showed up at the appointed time, Cesar was the ramrod for this group, and they completed the installation in half a day. (remarkable) On Monday, there was a followup visit from Allison Lincks and another co-working, whose name was John, for the bits and pieces of remaining items to complete the job. When John left the premises on Monday afternoon, all was completed to our satisfaction. Another positive experience which has renewed our faith in this entity for a bond that will extend into the future. KUDO's to all of the staff and personnel at Carolina Conditions.
