Mr. [redacted] the owner was contacted construct a horse shelter in my pasture. He was fully paid 2500 to construct shelter. He did not finish.Mr. [redacted] the owner of Carolina Corral Company was contacted the first of Nov 2015 to construct a horse shelter on my property. He was paid in full 2500 for shelter with kick plates on the 18th of Nov. He did not come out to construct until the 25th of Nov and at that time he constructed the back and both sides but not the roof. He stated that his welder broke. He did not come back to work on my shelter until the 10th of Dec at which time his trailer broke an axel and no clue why but he said he could not finish my shelter but would be back the next day to complete and get his trailer. He did not come back for at least 3 weeks and left his broken trailer sitting in my horse pasture the whole time. He did come back when I was away and took this sometime in Jan and I have not seen or heard back from him since. He does not ever return calls. I now have a horse shelter in a place that I did not want with no roof and nowhere for my horses to go when it storms out.Desired SettlementRefund. I do not want this company to ever come back to my property for he does [redacted] work and this shelter is not stable enough to ever work for my horses. I will now need to contact someone else to build a new shelter for my horses.

I had ordered panels from them back in October they said they would be ready in two weeks. Never heard any back from him until after first of the year he said he was headed to Richmond, Va to set up a round pen and would be back to drop my panels off on his way back. that was in January. Never came by and never heard anything until February. Said he would be here next week with my panels I asked on 3 separate occasions for a list of what he was bringing and a price. never told me what he was bringing or a price. when we spoke back in October he agreed to make the panels and let me pay for them in payments. I said I didn't want all the panels at one time. He showed up here on February 11 and dropped off 39 panels none of which are made the way they were ordered. When unloaded they were set on the ground and he said he would be back on the 13 or 14 to finish the gates that were not compete. after looking at panels that afternoon I realized that the rest of the panels were not compete the way we had ordered. when I contacted him about it he said he had made these panels the same as the last panels he had made me. (which he did) however these panels were to be used a different area and they suppose to have center braces, pin and loop connectors, slam latches on the gates, and a kick panel on certain panels 12" off the ground and 24" high. I told him I was not at all happy with the order that he could come pick these panels back up. He refused, I offered to keep $1500 worth so he did not have to refund me the money I had already paid.Desired SettlementI would like to resolve this by him coming to get these panels, he can leave the $1500 worth that I have paid or he can refund me and take them all. they are not what I ordered and he is to difficult to deal with.

Mr. [redacted] was contracted to build a horse shelter. He was extremely difficult to communicate with, and despite promising to arrive and fulfil what he was hired to do, he would never show up. Once we finally were able to get him to install the shelter months later, he never came back to finish installing the anchors.Within a couple of weeks of installing the shelter, it was blown off its foundation and back several feet. Complaint[redacted], agreed and invoiced to build a run-in shed with a skid package. He did not anchor and shed is now upside down in pasture.[redacted] erected a shed on my property on November 27th. He was paid in full 2075.00 on that day. He neglected to put the skid package with anchors on that was agreed to and paid for. He promised to come back the following Wednesday and finish it. He did not come, make contact or respond to calls and emails. On the morning of January 20th, the shed was upside down in field following only moderate wind. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and sent pictures. He responded that I should call at a certain time and then hung up I when he realized who it was on the one occasion that he answered. Desired SettlementMy first choice would have been for him to fix the damage and install the promised (and paid for) skid package, I no longer feel that dealing with him is a wise option and would prefer a refund so I can hire someone else.
