Carolina Custom Concrete

Review: Carlos Hickman kept raising the cost of the concrete driveway. He gave a written and signed contract stating the job would cost $4000.00. He kept raising the price under threat of no completing the job. He was paid more than $3000.00 in excess of the contract, and has not completed the job. He didn't seal the driveway as was agreed upon. He also left trash, asphault chunks, and other debris that the city of Winston Salem is fining me for. (apprx. $1000.000) He didn't show up to work when he said he was, the job was done at Mr. Hickman's leisure. He has also left neighbors jobs incomplete. I am going to need to hire an attorney to take him to court for breech of contract as well as the trash left, and the fines from the city instector.Desired Settlement: I wish for a refund of $4000.00 for the amount he overcharged and for the fines issued by the city.
