Replaced noisy blower motor and cause blower fan, no change. Now cannot get [redacted] to come in and fix the issue, for more than two weeks.[redacted] came in and diagnosed the very loud hum from the upstairs A/C blower to be a bad rotor. He came in and replaced the motor a couple of days later. The loud hum disappeared but now was replaced by a loud whirr of the blower fan. [redacted] diagnosed it as an old bad blower fan. Came in again and replaced the blower fan. No change in noise.He had taken out the insulation and kept it in his truck and said that he needed a special glue to put it back. Since then we have called him many times, he seems to answer every other call and then gives us time and does not show up -- has been almost 3 weeks.Desired SettlementI just want the problem of the excessive noise to be resolved. Barring which I need to get the money back so I can start this process all over again. As things stand now, I have replaced the original loud hum with an equally load whirr.
