[redacted] I had a furnace put in and it needed warranty work,I told them this in the beginning but they didn't correct the problem I had to call again and then they finally replaced the fan motor.Then a couple weeks later I was replacing a furnace filter and noticed they CUT A HOLE the size of a golf ball on the other side,I am currently in contact with them to ask what the reasoning behind this was.Its winter and my heat was blowing thru this hole in my basement
