I would not recommend Woody's to anyoneJohn (owner) makes promises and his workers don't follow throughThey are overpriced and very unreliableThey make appointments and either don't show or they are lateEach time you call they give excuse after excuseThe workers that arrive at your house do very poor work and when you call John and talk to him he says well I will send them back out and for me to just tell them whats wrong and they will fix itThat should be his jobBut each time they would come back they would ask well what do we need to do (in there very limited English or not English at all)I would show them things that are wrong and they would do a little bit oif work and then say they got to run and get some stuff at the shop and then never come backThen the calling process starts over againThey miss measured my cabinet for the refrigerator space so my new fridge wouldn't fit and I had to send it back ( I had given John the spec sheet on the size) I got excusesBottom line is I will not recommend

We selected Woody's for our condo renovation, because we wanted to give a local company our business. What a mistake! The work started one week later than promised, licensing, ordering of kitchen & bath cabinets. We requested at least 5 times a written contract with beginning and finishing dates to no avail. We know now why this request fell on deaf ears. He had more work and had to pull people from one jobsite to another. Who ever yelled the loudest got John [redacted] attention for a day or two. The workers showed up late or not at all. Whenever they needed additional parts or whatever the whole crew (2) left and if they did come back 2 or 3 hours had passed. Many a days I was at the jobsite around 9 or 10 am and nobody from Woody's was there. Part of his crew was a person that must be his charity case,but whatever he touched was broken, (bathtub, tiles crooked installed, towel holders fell of the walls, baseboards and crown moldings crooked, mirror broken, sloppy paintjob and so on. None of the workers where licensed electricians or plumbers, all operated by the seat of their pants. The luxury vinyl floor covering installation was another story: The existing cement floor was not properly cleaned of construction debris, generated by the workers. We are still looking everyday at bumps under the flooring which are very visible throughout. The glue used to attach the flooring was liberally applied and oozed out between the strips. It was not properly removed and we are still mopping it up, as it becomes visible. The glue used is still making us sick with watery eyes, sore throat and spells of dizziness. We even had the a/c shafts cleaned and treated at our expense and had a indoor air specialist come to our home. The floor manufacturer told us they accept no responsibility for the odors emitted from the flooring. I could go on and on, but I am running out of space and gets me upset all over. Let this be warning to anybody thinking about hiring the above named Company. We had the nessesary repairs done at our own expenses.
Not to be to hard on John [redacted] he is a nice gentleman that could be a good friend, if he was not in the business he is in. We think he is in over his head and doesn't have the proper manpower to do the jobs he is accepting.
