On 12/4/17, I ordered shirts and paid extra for day shippingThe amount of my order was $ I was told I would receive notification when the items shippedI have yet to receive that confirmation or the shirtsAlmost immediately upon placing my order l, the amount of $was deducted from my bank accountI have emailed customer service twice with no response at allMy husband tried to contact them through [redacted] , with no luckThey have even gone as far as “blocking” him from their [redacted] pageAt this point I don’t want the shirts and would like to have a full refund

I have contacted this business about canceling my order before it was even shippedBecause they told me it would be delivered in to days but it never wasThey kept sending me automated emails saying their email is busy so they couldn't respondThen they would send me emails upon emails with the same informationI contacted them at least times about my order and canceling it and returning it but they willNever answer me

My boyfriend bought a sweatshirt that is around $with shipping from this company in OctoberIt got sent back to their facility because we gave them our home address and the sweatshirt was sent USPS so we got that issue fixedThen we recieved a hoodie that was a size small and he actually needed an XL so I sent it back again on December 11th or around that time just for a nice easy swapWell now it's February 15th and we have not recieved the hoodie or a refundI have talked to several people over email because we can't talk to anyone on the phoneThey keep telling me they will be sure to get back to me within one day and I never hear from them againI can't just let $slide as we are broke young adultsI also am wondering if this company could be a scam

I have ordered from iEDM in the past and didn't have any issues Recently I had a situation when I expected to receive an order and contacted the customer service department They told me the order was delayed and apologized on more than one communication Because this was after the event, I chose to receive a full refund and discount on a future one I understand things happen but because the customer service staff did their best to rectify the situation, this goes a long way in my opinion Will order with confidence for the future

I have been trying to contact this company to cancel my order there has been no response

I ordered a shirt on Nov 29th with the understanding it was ready to ship and a 3-day delivery time frameI received the shirt Dec23rdThe shirt was for two parties and the delay in shipping missed both partiesI was not refunded shipping and if I were to return the shirt there would be shipping and restocking feesI will never order again and will not recommend to anyone

I purchased a f# up (thats the name of the shirt) from this organization It was supposed to be black but was dark brown I hand washed the shirt since I thougn it might just have excess dye I contacted the manufacturer right away and they asked for pictures I then provided them and also shown the horribly sewn edgings of the shirt that are coming out they said return the shirt which I did and they sent it back to me saying it was stained which is wasnt

I ordered products on December 11, I understood that has a day production time and a 5-day delivery time, That would put my product here at my door step around the 25th or 26th December Currently today's date is December 31st 2017, I contacted the company days ago told them to cancel my order due to lag time on their partI expressed that I wanted a full refund and they told me that they would be a restocking feeI specifically told them that they were violation of their own contract agreement, they sent out my product today (December 31st 2017) Instead of my refund
The items I ordered our holiday specific to New Year's, if they were here on the 25th or 26th of December I would of had them in time This company Is being non compliant to my request for a refund and I'm a little upset at this little company not be able to handle not just my holiday request but im sure other peoples too
When you go to their website they have nothing but star ratin

Read some negative things on line after I ordered but the hoodie came in less than a week and my boyfriend loved it
