The WORST Company - Find ANOTHER fence Company!

We can not figure out how the Carolina Fence Company could have been given five (5) stars. We called them out for an estimate to install a 6 ft. wooden fence, with gates on each side of the house. Our initial deposit was given on March 29, 2019. Due to the rains, our fence was installed approximately 3 weeks later. During the installation, we had a few neighbors who came over the look at our gate.

Within a week after installation, we noticed that a few boards had split, and the gates weren't closing properly. It took the manager about 3 weeks to come to check out our concerns. He promised to send someone out to correct the problems. After about 3 more weeks, the few boards were replaced. They left and did not repair the gates, adding to my concern, since we have a small dog.

We called the company numerous time and spoke to a lady that said they were going to come over again to check out the gates. We played telephone tags for about six (6) weeks. Most of the time she would not answer or return our calls. The original manager NEVER returned our calls.

After leaving a message that we were going to call the owner, the person who installed the fence showed up the next day. He claimed that there was not much that could be done to correct the gates. This fence cost us a lot; and, the gates are still not fixed. After all the repair and communication problems, we let our neighbors know how the company operates.

We would like to know how theâ?? owner of a company can allow their staff to operate like this. Once, I know how to attached pictures, I will.
