A lifetime warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Called for warranty repair work to be done on my garage floor as it was bubbling, cracking and peeling in spots. They called me back with an appointment date and time of Monday, October 9, 2017, between 8-10:00am. I called the Friday before to confirm and was told if I didn't hear back, it was still set. NO SHOW. Left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and still haven't heard back. Never a good sign if no one calls you back.
