[redacted] came out and gave me an estimate. My grout in my kitchen and bathroom had gotten dark from wear. He resealed my grout in both Rooms. It looked fantastic and I was very pleased with the result. He was very professional and very informative. I would certainly call upon his company again with no hesitation.

It's been over 3 years since I had Carolina Grout Seal clean and seal my 2 bathroom floors and they still look great.
Cleaning the floors has never been easier. Just use a steamer and they come as clean as the day they were done.
I'm getting ready to get my showers done next and I can't wait.

Excellent work - dependable and trustworthy

I am very pleased with our experience with Carolina Groutseal! They recently did work on two of our bathrooms, they were professional in all respects; timely arrival, worked efficiently, quality work, and left the bathrooms clean and orderly. The transformation from before and after was simply amazing! Our experience was extremely positive and have already recommended them to friends.

It is with pleasure that I and my husband submit this review. Our master bathroom shower was in pretty bad condition. Caulking was cracked and black mold/mildew was becoming an increasing problem. Over the counter cleaners were ineffective. We asked Carolina Groutseal to give us their opinion on cleaning up and repairing the shower. After examing the area the owner, [redacted] said he could make things look new! We agreed to letting him try. We even decided to have him clean/repair the floor and tub surround. We were doubtful that it would be great, we just hoped for better. We were awed by how well the job turned out. Our shower looks almost brand new and the floor and bath surround are beautiful.
Besides having everything we were promised done beyond our expectations, [redacted] was on time, efficient, polite, and the entire work area was left in excellent condition.
Without hesitation, my husbad and I recommend this company.

Be aware that after the work is done, you will be left to clean the cloudy film left behind as well as the dust the process causes. It took about an hour to clean the mess on the floor....had to let the shower 'seal' for 3 days...and then it took lots of elbow grease to get my shiny tiles back. I had hoped that once the work was done, I would be amazed at the finished result....instead I had to clean/shine myself. For the money, I feel the 'clean and shine' should have been a part of THEIR work.

I had not had the grout in the kitchen professionally cleaned in several years. I was given a very reasonable quote in a short time. On the scheduled date, the team showed up on time and completed the job sooner than expected. The before and after comparison was amazing. The did a great job!

I recently bought an older home and, despite efforts to clean with a variety of products, I could not get the shower grout/calking to look clean. Additionally, the tile floor also looked old/worn. The shower and floor look new! I was also reassured that he would come back out if any issues arise in the future. I would recommend this company.

I had Carolina Groutseal come out in July, 2014 and clean and reseal the groutlines in our shower stall and around the tub. After the workmen left, I noticed that there was still grout missing or coming out of the floor of the shower. We had let the grout seal "cure" for at least 3 days. I also noticed after they left, that one of the workers had cracked and also damaged a tile on the shower floor. When I called the owner to come out and look at the work, he put more mixture in the grout lines, but made "no comment" nor offered to fix the cracked and chipped tile. I was so aggravated, that I did not call him back. It has been a year since the work was performed, and the shower floor has gone back to looking like it did before the work was performed. I have followed all cleaning instructions. I do not recommend this method of clean and sealing grout, as it does not work. I now have to have it redone and worse yet, tile repaired or replaced.
