***, the owner, rescreened our home window screens and they are falling outNo call, no show, not returning calls [redacted] was contracted to rescreen the windows in my home and my mother's homeHe did a very poor quality job; the screens are loose and spline is coming out Additionally he broke the tabs off of the screen frame when handling them roughly attempting to pull them in/out They are now falling out of the windows as they dont have the tabs and are almost impossible to get in/out with the missing pull tabs The new screening is falling out of the screen frames I attempted to have [redacted] repair the work, but while he scheduled a time/date, he failed to show and is not responding to voice or text messages Work completed on 9/26/Cost was $Invoice available, no sales number/invoice number, only date
