Carolina Hot Tub

I requested that the company visit to diagnose a leak on my hot tub. They did so and said I needed a new pump. I was traveling in [redacted] at the time and approved the work. I paid for the pump by credit card over the phone. Details below11/15 11/15 [redacted] REPAIR XXX-XXX-XXXX NC $663.90They ordered the pump. I had a number of text/phone exchanges to arrange the installation and initially they responded but at this point I cannot get any answer at all from them. Mr [redacted], representing Carolina Hot Tub repair, promised services and collected in full his money, nothing was ever done, over six months agoMr [redacted] and his company are very unethical. They promise service, but never do. They collect all money in advance, saying it is to pay for the materials. While I was not here he brought another pump and put on my hot tub, my other was working. I had called about leaks in the system, which it is still doing. Also he had me buy materials, because he was coming the very first weekend I contracted him, he never showed. He promised on two other occasions to come, also never showed. He said he ordered another top, so I threw other away, never got new top, and rest of hot tub being ruined by rain and weather. Hot tub was used for medical purposes, have been in a lot of pain, with no relief in site. Now hot tub is nothing but an eyesore, and I don't have money to replace or get rid of. Desired SettlementI want my money back all of it, or a working hot tub within in a month. One that looks descent and with run properly. Not that I trust this company.
