These guys are the best. As a first time driver in the USA I was looking for a car insurance affordable but at the same time reliable. It was really surprising how much other companies would charge me for the same premium Carolina Insurance Alliance, LLC offered me through their partners. Not just that, a year later, the old partner did not really apply any discount to my premium. I was hoping the would do it since I had some "experience" driving in the US. [redacted] from Carolina Insurance Alliance, LLC looked through all their providers and got me a better option (way better option). I would totally recommend getting in touch with them. Excellent service and they put the customer first all the time.
My experience wih Carolina Insurance Alliance was EXTREMELY GOOD. Since we recently moved to Raleigh from London, we did not have the standard US driving history that could easily allow a good price for auto insurance premium. Our situation was complicated and we needed insurance for 2 cars and a house. [redacted] did an amazing job, looking for way to give us a good price. He asked for all the right documents, and spoke to all the right people, validating our past driving history in the US and the UK. He was always very nice and happy to answer my questions at all times; he was always available, always responsive and very positive. Furthermore, [redacted] gave us such a great rate that we will be paying for 2 cars and a house almost the same amount that we were paying for one car alone before we called [redacted]. is the kind of person that finds a way through where others just see obstacles.
