I submitted a complaint a while back regarding an accident that EcoTech had with my wife on our street. I did not respond to the response from EcoTech in time to have my comments posted.Is there any way for me to respond to that complaint. I do not agree with their resolution, I still feel they are operating in an unsafe manner. Also, the city of Shepherdsville reimbursed me for monies I paid out of pocket with tax payers money. I am not sure why they would offer to protect EcoTech in this matter. Bottom line is they were responsible for the accident, changed their story so I would have to submit a claim to my insurance company. Then the mayor and city council decided to pay my out of pocket to keep EcoTechs record clean?Again, I would like to reopen this complaint if possible.[redacted]

The services that is provided by Eco Tech for the [redacted] is governed by an exclusive agreement between the City of Shepherdsville and Eco Tech. Eco Tech has made it aware to the Administration of the difficulties we have had with this apartment complex. The complex has been...
informned of every overloaded, too heavy, and blocked container that has stopped us from servicing the account. As an example, since 2010, there has been 26 attemps to service the containers which has failed due to the cus[redacted]ers neglect to assure compliace with the rules of the exclusive agreement. As of 7-8-14, we have taken pictures of, and shared, 10 different instances of overloaded or blocked containers.
Eco Tech has had numerous discussions with the mangement of the complex on correcting the problems he has by increasing service or adding additional containers. All of wich has not been acted on by mangement.
The solution to this invalid complaint is to match the sevice and container size at the complex with the amount of trash and bulky items that is thrown away on a routine basis. We will again meet with the manager (a 3rd time) to give him suggestions on solving his problem within the contractual confines of our Agreement.
Mrs.[redacted]: I am very sorry that you have had the problems that was addressed in this complaint. It is totaly out of character and unacceptable for Eco Tech or its employees to act as you have stated. These acqusations are of a nature that they require a personal visit...

tried to pull the bag out it would break open. (Thus, leaving a considerable mess on the ground.) During your conversation with our customer service staff you referenced that our workers may have been discriminatory of the [redacted] and “too lazy” to try and pick up the waste. We offered to send a supervisor to check the cans, however - if it was too heavy, we would have to leave it. We were told that you would block the road with your truck and not let us leave until we removed the waste. The safety and wellbeing of our employees is of the upmost importance, therefore we felt no alternative but to refund the full amount of your payment and terminate service. After investigsting this complaint, Eco Tech has decided to reimburse Ms. [redacted] $46.42 for her problem. We apologise for any inconvenience.
