Based on the poor response in the past from the onwer of Nexus, I never really expected them to do the right thing and take possession of the RV backBut, I certainly did not take him for a liarYes, we did take possession of the RV in SeptemberWhile driving the RV home, my husband did contact [redacted] (told he's no longer with the company) to let him know that there was trouble with front window (windshield), which was replaced on site before we took possession of the RVWe did not just take the unit to a storage facility and leave it there until MayWe did contact the dealer again regarding more issues found in December, when we took the RV down to FloridaWe were in touch with [redacted] (see attached e-mail dating back in December) We were never sent any information on how to get the items repairedWe reached out to Nexus again and again (see attached e-mails) requesting that the items be repairedWe have not abandoned our unit, that is a total fabrication! In fact, we have been in contact with the current service manager,(evidently there is a high turnover on employees) [redacted] ***, who finally provided us with the information needed to take our RV to be fixed(see attached e-mail) The biggest problem we have now is that due to the negligence of the technician who installed the window when we took possession of the unit, water damage and mold have now destroyed any chance my family had to use the unitThe damage was cause by improper installation of the front windshield, and you can't really leave that window down Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2017/07/13) */ Nexus set up a appointment for you to take your coach in for a leak and some repairs it has been rain tested times with no leaks and I also ask for pics of any mold as stated and I am told the service center cant find anySo I am having the service center remove some panels in the front and take pics and send them to me .As stated in the Nexus RV Warranty maintenance is not covered by are warranty and the rest of your list of repairs are being addressed by the service center under warranty and [redacted] has been updating you by email ( I am copied)So Nexus RV is standing behind their product[redacted] and Lori are customer service reps [redacted] Service Director Nexus RV X-XXX-XXX-XXXX ext ***

I purchased a 36GIt was in the repair shop more than it was being usedI don't know if others have had the same experiences with their NexusRV products but this is the one I had....The clothes pole fell, it was stapled to the ceiling paneling with staplesThe passenger [redacted] belt reel was not fastened to the truck bodyThe heat pump failed the 3rd day into the tripOne of the room slides continued to fail because Nexus RV installed the wrong size motors and the slide system incorrectlyIt took them from June to Dec to get the slide fixedIt took several request to find what the max water pressure was and months for what the GCWR was....They talk about dealing direct with the owners, they only time they're involved is to take your moneyI sent an email to the President outlining my issues and was shuffled off to the sales personI could go on and on but all I can say is I hope you have a different experience if you choose to go with Nexus

Looking to by a class C but from the looks of these reviewsI will be shopping for a different motor homeI wonder why the president did not respond to the negative comments? I only saw him respond to the one positive commentThat told me a lot about their business ethics

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2016/11/21) */ Nexus does not offer a Nexus Warranty to a second owner the only warranties that would have still been good was component warranties like steps, fridge, furnace, and so on

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/06/14) */ Although this warranty is covered by our chassis vendorNexus will reimburse Mr [redacted]
