I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I feel it would have been a mute point to try and contact Precise Exterminators a THIRD time when they were out here twice,were not honest about the work performed and thought using an over the counter product to deodorize/disinfect would be sufficient.As I stated before,I asked Erik more than once if he got everything and he assured me he had yet the other company found balls of skunk hair and remenents of the decomposed skunk still under the porchI also asked him to remove the soiled dirt and he said that was not necessary,although the other companies I spoke with said that MUST be doneI will continue to pursue this issue and explore my legal options until this is rectified.Thank-You [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Dear Ms [redacted] We apologize for the inconvenience and undue stress that was caused due to this issue It is not a practice of ours to take more than hours to retrieve any animals There is no excuse for the lack of communication that occurred We had you on our schedule for the trap pick up, but unfortunately the technician that performed your original service had problems with his vehicle that day Due to that, we sent another technician to remove the trap It is company policy, to have the technicians that set the traps to pick up trapsWe wish the situation did not occur, however we resolved the issue as soon as possible We are continually training our entire staff to resolve and communicate as unforeseen situations occur that they are properly dealt with Your patronage is important to us, and we hope that you'll continue to give us opportunities to handle your exterminating needs.Thank you again for bringing these matters to attention.Sincerely,Precise Exterminating Service

Why was I not contacted? Why did I have to call the next day and then be asked if I was sure I used your service? Why was the animal not picked up the beginning of the shift the next day? I'm sorry, but these excuses are unacceptable from s company that is suppose to be professional tge animsl was was supposed to be picked up within hoursAll material states thisIt was notAn extra 50% of the time was neededI should be refunded a partial amount of the service Regards, [redacted]

They did call and I did tell her we will pick the animal up in hoursWe did get caught up in something else and I will admit we were a little laterWe showed up and they were not thereWe picked up the animalI called and left a message for her husband about leaving a trapHer husband called
back and said he did want the trapI said it would be back tomorrow and put the trap up he said okayHis wife called back and said we broke the agreement because we did not pick up the animal in hoursShe stated she wanted all her money back and was upset we wanted to leave a trapI told her we called a few times to make sure they wanted us to leave the trapI told her I would be back the next day to leave the trapShe said no and that again she wanted all her money backThere is no refund dueI was paid for the service I provided, I did not charge her for leaving the trap that I didn’t leaveWe caught the animals

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If I had received everything I paid for from Precise I would not have had to call out another company.I'm not sure what is not being understood by them. They did not remove everything as stated on the other companieswork order,nor did they disinfect,again stated on the other companies work order. This "offer"is insulting and I do not accept it as a resolution.

we are dedicated to providing detail information to help inform all customers on the process in which they have contractually agreed to.  If a discrepancy arise it is our goal to provide the best customer service to our customers and the technician did call the customer back to apologize and for the misunderstanding of things. The technician also discounted the price by $100. We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have arise ; and we will continue to strive to meet the needs of every client by providing the best  quality service to all customers. We paid  for  a service  and was under  the impression  that it was performed poorly. An expert informed us that it likely was not performed at all. The technician that came did not guarantee  that they would return for any reason. In fact we  were repeatedly told by them that we received  a 'great deal' while  the technician continued  to attempt  to upsale my wife on  the phone while in front of our renter. This type  of behavior made it potentially much more tangible that the work likely was  not done as  the technician was  in  the process  of trying  to  get more money out  of us during the initial service call! We do not trust their company or their service to do any work at our property. The only reasonable remedy is for them  to return our payment in full.

We serviced Mr.[redacted] in August of 2015 for General Pest and Mice. With the mice and general pest we offer a treatment of the entire house from the basement the attic. We will also come back out in 2 weeks to re-treat the entire place for no additional cost.We give a 30 day warranty so if there...

were any problems after the second treatment we will still come back out after the second treatment to re-treat again.We also let the customer know before and after treatment that it is up to the customer to remember to give the office a call for their second treatment if problems worsen or is still occurring. Mr.[redacted] never contacted the office after the first treatment until 5 months later to ask for a refund. We offered to comeback out to re-treat even though his warranty was up but he declined on our offer. At this point we are not able to refund any money back but the offer for us to come out and re-treat the home for a second time is still on the table.
