I ordered a remote control for my tv with the correct model number, etc. I was sent an entirely wrong product. When I ordered from Amazon, I gave the SPECIFIC model number. It is in the order description that it was a Toshiba remote for a Toshiba TV. They sen me a "Sharp brand' remote: TOTALLY UNRELATED TO MY ORDER.
