$40, which was originally quoted to the customer. Our wholesaler was unable to honor the misprinted price, so we were unable to honor it as well. Informed customer of misprint and gave him other options to purchase the part cheaper. He called us back 20 minutes later and said he really needed the part and was willing to pay the difference. We gave him 25% off of MSRP for the trouble and he came and got the part. Sometime later, the customer called and said he could not get the part to work and wanted a refund.
