Feb 2017, kia soul, ***,***, kia finaceVehicle was purchased new with cosmetic issues that were guaranteed to be fixed as part of the deal.Only after phone calls did they schedule an appointment and after a hour wait they waxed the car when,it was agreed on by *** who is the manager that it would require repainted in different places prior to purchasing the car,after a heated argument the did decide that was the agreement and sent it to a body shop for paint after weeks received the car back and only one of the places was addressed which was on the door.The body shop done a horrible job you can still see the scratches under the new paint and the new paint color does not match original color
