We do everything above board and by the book so we do not put ourselves or our homeowners in a position of committing insurance fraud. In this situation, the insurance company denied the replacement work and we got it approved after several months of working with the insurance company. We do our best to explain this process to every homeowner we serve. We have served thousands of homeowners in the greater Indianapolis area and the vast majority of the clients we serve are ecstatic with the service we provide. We are sorry there appears to have been a misunderstanding here, but this process allows us to provide the best service to the customers we serve. Since the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com, the [redacted] have moved forward with Hoosier and the replacement work as outlined by the insurance company was completed on April 21, 2016.

Hoosier Contractors' Account Manager legally offered Mr. [redacted] a free roof inspection to determine whether there was sufficient storm damage to justify filing an insurance claim. After reviewing the damage, Mr. [redacted] agreed that there was sufficient damage to justify filing a claim and voluntarily enter into an agreement with Hoosier Contractors. Under the agreement, Hoosier Contractors agreed to help Mr. [redacted] with all aspects of his insurance claim, attend all adjuster meetings, and negotiate with the insurance company to get his entire roof covered. In exchange, Mr. [redacted] agreed to allow Hoosier Contractors to perform the work if the insurance company paid for his roof. Hoosier Contractors has done everything required to do under the agreement. Mr. [redacted] eagerly accepted the benefits of our services and is now using a negative review to escape his legal obligation to do what he agreed to do in a valid and enforceable agreement.
