I continue to get a bill for services paid for by my insurance company and the communication from CPMH has been inadequate to resolve this.My insurance company authorized me for the services I sought at CPMH in 2014, and confirmed that they were covered by my insurance plan. However, I continue to receive statements saying I have a balance - the current amount is $1184.95. I was shocked by these charges and I contacted my insurance company. My insurance company gave me 4 check numbers and confirmed that payments had been made. The phone number provided for billing issues is never answered so I (and my insurance company) can only leave messages.Desired SettlementClose my account with a balance of zero and stop sending me statements. The doctor performed services for this complainant that he deemed medically necessary; we submitted clean claims to insurance which paid its share, leaving a balance to be paid by the patient. We are sorry this patient is dissatisfied but this seems to be a legitimate service and bill to us.
