would not put back on my debit cardThis is what their receipts say no cash refunds/store credit only returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of original purchase no returns/exchanges on sale or seasonal merchandise costumes wigs makeup eyelashes and accessories wilton products pinatas electronics receipt required for returns or exchanges thank youIt states nothing about no debit card/ credit card returns. Store credit is store credit that is not a refund a refund is when you get your money put back on your card. I tried explaining this to the lady and she kept saying all I could do was store credit I told her that it was stupid and I wanted to speak to a manager she responded they dont have a store manager well I said I wanted to speak to the owner and she said she was at a funeral and when I asked when she was going to be back she said she didnt know. I told her that that was stupid and she called me a [redacted] I told her she was being real professional and that she was the one being a [redacted] she threw my stuff in the bag and told me to get out of her store so as im walking out I asked again when the boss would be back she didnt answer. The receipt does not state there are no credit/debit refunds I would like my money back. and I will never go there again. one they are a rip off two I did not deserve to be treated the way I was treated. my amount was 70.07 and thats what I want backDesired Settlementi would like my 70.07 back and an apology from the employee for acting the way that she did Business Response Obviously, the story Ms. [redacted] gave you is not accurate. Ms [redacted] attempted to return merchandiseand was told that her purchase was beyond the 7 day return policy andall that we could do for her was give her a store credit. When she wastold that we could not credit back her card she said the following:She told [redacted], our sales associate "you are a [redacted]."[redacted] told her again "I'm sorry but I can't take it back... it has been morethan seven days." The customer then proceeded to call [redacted]". The customer wanted to talk to a store manager or athe owner. [redacted] explained I was at a funeral or wherever I was and the customer said "I am going to get my money back" and she called [redacted] "[redacted]" The customer asked for her stuff back and then [redacted] then proceeded to tell the customer to leave. 1. the customer will never get her money back2. her husband called and I called him back even though I was in **... explained our policy and his wife's vulgar language.3. no sales associate should be talked to in the way my employee had to endure.That basically sums up the situation. Carolina Party is a great store. The customer did not like the fact that she could not bully us into violating our posted policy. We are morale and ethical Christian people who will not allow our employees to be kicked around by a customer no matter how valuable each customer is to our business. [redacted] was treated horribly and by no means will we allow someone to treat our employees badly. Best Regards[redacted], PresidentCarolina Party Consumer Response The owner is a liar for one bc it was 5 days after I bought the items the girl told me I wasn't allowed to return it that they only do store credit and she never called my husband back and I didn't use the language until her associate called me [redacted] and I never called her a [redacted] what I said was well that's freakin stupid but it doesn't mater now bc I had to use he items bc the owner failed to respond seriously almost a month later she replies to this that's ok she just needs to know that she will no longer receive business from me or anyone I know bc they r very unprofessionalBusiness Response I will not tolerate name calling. The customer behaved badly once she didn't get her way. We will not entertain any additional dialogue when talked to the way this former customer is talking to us and about us.
