Second, you were charged because...
somehow you were directed off the Hawaii SBDC page. Because they license the product the classes are free for their users. We have other cities and SBDC's who use the product that charge fees for the courses.

Lastly, because we want to provide good service, what did you experience when you called the 800 phone number? Also, I will talk with our web developers to see if we can add better contact info on the page.
