Dear Revdex.com,                 Mr. [redacted] came into our store prior to July 10, 2017, with an estimate from the Toyota dealer requesting an estimate from us for the repairs recommended by the dealer. We made a package deal...

for $2499.99 including tax for the dealer’s recommended repairs to earn Mr. [redacted]’s business.                 Mr. [redacted] had his 2004 Toyota Sienna towed to our shop on July 10, 2017 with a blown right front tire to have all of the previously agreed repairs completed. The repair work order was written up prior to the vehicle entering the shop for the dealer recommended repairs which included replacing the front and rear brake pads, rotors, brake hardware, the cabin air filter, a new radiator, antifreeze, an oil change, valve cover gaskets, four tires and an alignment. The repairs were completed on July 13, 2017 and Mr. [redacted] picked up his car.                 Mr. [redacted] brought his car back the next day complaining that the air conditioning was not working. We performed diagnostics on the A/C system, at no charge and found that the A/C relay was bad and some wiring needed to be repaired. Even though the repairs to the A/C system were completely unrelated to the previous repairs that were performed by us, we repaired it at a discounted price of $100.00 including a $129.39 discount and no charge for the diagnoses as a goodwill gesture.                 On September 15, 2017, Mr. [redacted] brought his car back in with a coolant loss complaint. We diagnosed the cooling system at no charge. Our diagnoses found that his car has a coolant leak coming from an engine block plate and that the cooling fan is only working at low speed, which will require further electrical diagnostics. Mr. [redacted] was advised of our findings and given the option to proceed with the repairs and further diagnostics. Due to the additional repairs also being unrelated to the repairs completed on July 13, 2017 that were requested by Mr. [redacted] and recommended by the Toyota dealer not Express Tire, additional costs would apply. Mr. [redacted] declined any services unless they were to be performed at no charge.                 Express Tire takes customer service very seriously and is always willing to work with our customers. In this case, as Mr. [redacted] stated in his statement to the Revdex.com that repairs for each car could not exceed $2500.00. Mr. [redacted] brought us a list of recommended repairs provided by the Toyota dealer that Express Tire replaced at a considerably discounted price. When the repairs were completed, the vehicle was test-driven and all the repairs worked perfectly. If there was a leak of any kind we would have recommended repairing it at that time, but there was no visible leak at that time and now two months later a leak has become leak visible.  Best regards, [redacted]Director of Customer Service[redacted] Ext. Dear Revdex.com
                Express Tire take customer
service very seriously. Ms. [redacted] brought her car in due to the oil light
coming on and she had to add 4qts. of oil to her car. We inspected the car and
found...

major oil leaks coming from the oil pan and timing cover. We recommended
repairing those leaks and she authorized the service. She returned the next day
on 5/18/2015 and still had an oil leak. We re-inspected the concern and found
that the timing cover was leaking which we repaired at no charge and found that
the oil pressure switch was bad and leaking which we diagnosed at no charge and
replace at no charge for labor. We did advise Ms. [redacted] that there were other
minor oil leaks.
Thank you,

I did however receive a call from [redacted] (Tempoe Financial) on 9/1/16 in which we spoke for approximately 30 minutes as he asked me to relay to him what had happened(essentially reiterate what had been explained via email).   As per our phone conversation he was planning to get back to me after he met with his legal department .  Ultimately as per our phone con  [redacted] was supposed to get back to me as he was going to attempt to have the harmful contract (illegally drawn up) addendumized in order to have it reflect  what had been iterated to me at Express tire "no interest for 90 days and 15% interested thereafter".   likewise he mentioned the possible reprimand and retraining of employees.    Last night 9/13/16 I sent [redacted] another email regarding the situation : as can be viewed below.   At  approximate 11:30  a.m. 9/14/16 [redacted] contacted me saying he would put evertything in writing hower at the moment I have not received this correspondence.  As well, there is someone by the name of [redacted] over at Monterrey Financial (apparently a 4th party company that handles the paperwork) but has no control over the terms of the contract?.   I have put [redacted] in touch with this person.   Again however a reiterate this matter has not to the moment been resolved.  Making matters more difficult as I explained to [redacted], it is difficult to know who to deal with as there seems to be third and 4th party organizations none of which can do anything without the other.  This keeps the resolution process spinning in a Ferris Wheel sort of fashion, while the customer sits and waits as a payment date comes to pass and thereby affecting credit. Lastly I spoke with someone at the Revdex.com that says I need to contact the person ([redacted])that is responsible for investigating and assisting with my complaint so that I can have the case reopened and I am therefore sending a cc to this person in regard.
