Poor and lack of communication and unprofessional behavior regarding appointments, schedules and care of products and services Since the signing of our contract for a pool construction we have gotten almost no contact from this company regarding timelines, appointments and care of the pool without us initiating the responseThe owner had refused to contact us after requested since the receptionist often had a poor attitude, lack of information or wrong information or would be impossible to reach When the owner did contact me it was in a series of unprofessional messages on facebook after he had left a cement truck blocking our yard and simply drove up hours later and drove off without speaking to us like requested, again regarding care of the pool We still have continued issues with our pool that have not been repaired and workers continue to show up at all hours, unscheduled and are unaware of the entire list of problemsThe repairs done so far have issues of their own and now

They have been wonderful and have worked in a timely manner A disgruntled neighbor left a bad review for them that is untrue The work is being done on my property and we are very happy and pleased with their work
