This is the first time I have used Carolina Pool Services and they were great The owner, ***, and the technician, ***, were friendly, professional and went out of their way to be of service They were patient and knowledgable in answering all of our questions If I had any questions it was so easy to contact *** and if he had to research a question he would call back as soon as he could I have used several pool companies and Carolina Pool Services is the one I would definitely use Great customer service and really appreciates you as a customer Thank you *** and *** for the great work! I will certainly recommend you to others

Had our in ground pool re-plastered and re-tiled in May
They had to remove the pool cover before they could start
Came to close the pool and cannot find any of the cover
accessories ie: x Installation Rods, x Anchor Tool and
x Skimmer CompensatorThey were very unhelpful and I
will sort the accessory problem out myself
They have lost my business for good!
