Carolina Pools and Patio, Inc

Complaint[redacted] the registered agent for Carolina Pools and Patio, LLC., entered into a contract with me to replace a Pool liner on 4/25/2016. The contract states he will start work within 15 days and work will continue without interruption until complete. He has not done any work and refuses to give me a refund. He did a measurement of the pool but not ordered the liner. I gave him a $2,000 deposit to order the liner and I reached out to the company in Greensboro, NC that he uses to purchase the liners and they told me his measurements are incorrect. He will not re-measure and continues to send in the same incorrect measurements. He continues to present one lie and excuse after another and will not refund the money or do the work. I have found 2 others that he has taken money from to either start pools and has not finished the work or the work is sub par and he won't correct.
