This company have a very bad customer service and want to request full refund and cancel membership
Being a member of this spa for the last months paying $a month also had paid $to use a machine, unfortunately I'm a diabetic and was unable to attend to the appointment, the individual who always answers also the manager said the contract said I can't rescheduled only paying additional $I said but was regarding an emergency He said are stupid you signed a contract , I said there is no need for you to call me names, he because you acting stupid he said again I explained to forget it someone need to know how they treat the public He said sorry if you don't like itHe continue giving me explanation keeping me on the phone for minutes
