On May 16, 2015, Mr. [redacted] installed the drains in trenches that he dug. When it rained, the water raised the drain pipes and ran underneath and beside the pipes. Now, the water runs alongside and under the pipes in the trenches made by the running water. When he dug the for the trenches, he made the property level with the street causing more water to run off there down onto the property. Mr. [redacted] was pre-paid $665.00 for this service and the balance of $2250.00 after the job was completed. It didn't rain until about a week after the job was completed and when I called to complain, he said he would come over to look at it the next week. He never showed and would not answer the phone or return my phone calls.Product_Or_Service: Drains installedDesired SettlementI want my property restored to the way it was before he started and my money back to recoup some of the damage caused by his negligence. I'd like like to get someone else to repair the damage as I've repeatedly tried to get in touch with him to no avail. I'd like it done correctly this time!
