to be replacedIt was still working) As our lease states, we would exterminate within the first thirty days if neededWe exterminated in April of and they did a recall in June of
*** *** complained about leaks in the roof and buckets catching the waterIn December we checked for leaksThere were no buckets in the atticWe did do preventative maintenance by replacing two vent boots and fixed flashing on the roof
*** *** sent an e-mail on December 10, at 9:PM using profanity about the cockroaches and smell from bucketsAs stated the maintenance found no bucketsThe living conditions were probably the cause of roaches
*** *** was advised by myself, *** *** in person that we would not exterminate again due to their housekeeping conditionsI would turn over the next e-mail with profanity to the proper authorities and he would not be able to renew the lease because of late payments every monthHis wife's grandmother (years old) has paid all the rentTheir payment history is listed belowRent is due on the first and late after the fifth
Payments were made on May 6th, June 10th, July 16th, August 8th, September 10th, November 11th and December 22ndSeveral of these required a visit to the house to collect from year old grandmotherThey also failed to put utilities in their name at time of possession and still owe $in power and $in natural gas
