When they came to make an estimate, the representative, Phillip, stated that my old unit was too big for my house. Right then, I knew he wasn't trying to make a sales pitch. He was able to answer all of my questions, everything from the AC unit I chose to financing.
The installation team was lead by ** and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and expertise. It took them two days to install the system and they even painted over the existing ductwork to make it look more appealing. Unfortunately, I had to work during some of the installation. I took a risk of leaving our home open for them to finish their work but still, I was very impressed. When they finished, they locked our home, let our dogs out of their pen, and locked the gates. They also did not leave a mess in the home. They did not miss a thing!
Needless to say, with their attention to detail, expertise, and customer service, I will recommend Smith AC to anyone!
