As per the attached the original order was faxed to us on 8/28/2017, and shipped complete on 9/5/The order was received by our customer on 9/6/2017, I have included a copy of the signed delivery receipt.On 9/20/2017, we received the second order, please see attachedIt is not unusual for our
customers to reorder the same products at different timesWe have customers use the same purchase order number quite frequently, especially when using the same material in housing allotmentsBetween the first order and the second order, we entered over ordersThis is NOT our mistake, the order was placed twice, almost a month apart and the first order was received over weeks before the second order was even placed.The above was NOT our mistakeWe allowed the return, and have issued a credit less all freight charges and a $service charge.The barn doors was our fault, but we have been unable to get the answers we need to fix the problem.*** *** Owner
