I am so disappointed in my experience trying to purchase bridesmaids dresses from LowsThey sent us bridesmaid dresses that were the wrong color and they acted like it was somehow our faultThey acted like they were doing us a favor by correcting their mistakeTheir story changed every time as to what happened and how they were correcting itIt took so long to get the correct dresses that those two bridesmaids had to be an outrageous expedited alteration fee at no fault of their ownLow's took zero responsibility for their mistake and there was no sense of urgency to fix the mistake when the wedding was weeks awayThe customer service was deplorable and it made an already stressful time that much worseEvery time I was able to FINALLY speak to someone, they would dismiss me by saying "sorry, our computers are down" or "we're working on it, that's all I can tell you." Do NOT Lows for anything bridalYou will regret it
