We agreed upon $600 to wrap my car in carbon fiber. I paid him and he has only finished half and the half was done carelessly. Refuses to finish.Carolina tint and graphics is owned by a guy named [redacted] we texted to figure out how much it'll be as I've done business with him before. After going back to him two separate times he had only finished half with air bubbles galore and shoddy workmanship. He had me pay him half on the first visit and half on the second. He kept rescheduling me for the third and final visit to finish the job and now he refuses to finish it all together. This has been going on for over 4 months. I paid with cash as he didn't accept any other form of payment. Desired SettlementA partial refund or for him to finish wrappingog my car as agreed.
