Working with [redacted] and [redacted] of Carolina United Realty, has been a great experienceThey have been managing my property in Charlotte, NC for over a year and, as this is my first experience with rental property, they have made it a very pleasant experienceThey screen the renters carefully and act quick to et a new renter in the property once it becomes vacantI have not missed a month's rental income because of their foresight and quick actionAny repairs to the property that have come up were handled smoothly and economically and with great thoughtfulness to my situation

This company is the BESTI never have tenants call me to complain about this companyBelieve me when I have had my share of calls from tenants I have placed with various property management companies and Carolina United Realty is the one that answers the phone, returns emails, processes applications very quickly and is just really a TEN in my book

Horrible management companyTheir vendors tried to scalp me, and then when I got my own vendor they threatened to report meThey later admitted that their vendor had been lying to their customersMy very expensive fire place screen went missing with one of my renters, and they have been unresponsive with helping meA renter also left refuse at my condo which they won't respond toAdditionally, I am still waiting for my mailbox key to be returned to meAt one point I also had to have my locks changed, which I paid their vendor forI had to ask them several times for a copy of the new key to my own condoThey kept saying it was in the mailIt took yelling at the owner to finally get my copy, months laterDo not do business with them

I have been with this company for almost a year nowI had one issue with the property I am leasing and when I reported it they were quick to respond and the issue was resolved as quickly as possible with no troiuble to myself or my familyThank you!

I use the online tenant portal every month to make rental payments and it is an easy way to make payments or communicate with Carolina United RealtyTheir reply has always been within hours of my inquiry onlineThey are virtually invisible however are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may haveI asked to extend my lease another years and their response was quick and it was easy to extendI would strongly recommend this company to do business with

I would not recommend this company if you are looking for someone to handle your propertyI've never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional and rude
They managed my property for years (same tenant)The tenant was great but dealing with them was a nightmare
They also refused to my final inspection because I decided to go with a different property management company when my lease was upThey had notice, but the owner called me shady and said I went behind their backs
I had to speak with the attorney at the new property management company that assured me Carolina United was in the wrong
Also, the way that their staff speak to clients is shockingI've never had anyone at any company talk to me the way they do
